Meditation Chanllenge, Do you accept it?



Why Meditate??
 
Meditation is the key to a healthier life. Meditation has an important role in our brain, body and soul. When we take time to meditate it allow our brain to get back together and be at the present moment. Our society makes us spend time thinking about the future or the past, but not about the present. When we do not spend time in the present, this is when we make mistakes and start to focus in the past. This then demages, it make us suffer and not allow us to think clearly. Meditate any where you can at anytime, even if it only for 3 to 5 minutes. It does not required much. You can do sitting down or even walking to you r class or job. This is only a small part of your day, but do. Once you do it for a least a week you will be able to see the difference. Go head a challenge you!
