Yoga is to be Enlightened…


Yoga is enlightening not only to your body but your mind and spirit as well. “For finding our true self entails insight into our own nature”. When you have become enlightened you will have reached a perfect balance, the natural balance.

The balance of body you can gain from enlightenment helps your muscles to relax and become flexible. It also allows you to find your center with the way your body is supposed to naturally sit.

With a balanced, focused, and enlightened mind through yoga, you can feel your muscles stretching, feel your heart pulsing, and hear the air entering into your lungs.

Enlightenment of our spirit is one of the most important qualities yoga can teach us. Our spirits help us to win races, overcome obstacles, and even put men on the moon. Without spirit you can never achieve what it is that you really want!
