Yoga For Memory Lapse
I enjoyed the yoga practice because I was able to loosen up and relax. I had a lot on my mind about what I needed to get done and other things that occupied my mind. In the yoga session I focused so much on breathing and the poses that I was able to put those things to the side and relax. Concentrating on one thing, breathing, was very calming. I couldn't really get the ajaii breathing down, but normal breathing helped. Some of the poses were difficult, but I'm new to yoga. Eventually, I want my body to be healthier and more flexible by doing yoga on a regular basis.
